HIV Support Services in Calhan, CO, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV through a comprehensive array of supportive services. Our caring case managers work closely with clients to navigate the spectrum of programs available to them, including short and long-term housing assistance, access to nutritious foods, medical transportation, and emergency financial aid for essential utilities and phone bills. In addition, we offer budgeting support and Naloxone distribution to ensure a holistic approach to health and well-being. To begin the journey towards support and resources, individuals are asked to provide a case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted in-person or via fax. Our services are provided at no cost thanks to the Ryan White Program, ensuring that everyone has access to the essential support they need without barriers.
