Johanna Lindau, LPC, believes that everyone possesses the innate ability to lead a joyful life, build fulfilling relationships, and achieve wellness. With 15 years of experience in psychotherapy, she works compassionately with individuals and couples, tackling challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and disordered eating.
