Jeff Howard's practice is currently full, and he maintains a waitlist to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve. His ideal clients are those who are curious about how to live a richer, fuller, and more rewarding life, who are willing to engage in self-love and honesty with themselves and others about their feelings and desires. For Jeff, enhancing one’s life means being able to FEEL MORE, encompassing not only joy but also all the emotions that come with life—including sadness, confusion, anger, emptiness, rage, and desire. He believes that individuals already possess the necessary tools to feel more alive, and his role is to help them connect with their inner selves and bring those feelings to the surface. The essence of his work involves integrating who clients are, who they think they are, and who they want to be into a cohesive whole. By focusing on the nervous system, body, breath, and mind, Jeff assists each client in discovering more of themselves with every session. While the therapeutic journey can be challenging, he welcomes this difficulty, aiming to help clients achieve consistent 'micro-wins' on their path to mastery. Jeff examines character and how clients interact with the world, the influences that shape their lives, and the struggles they face in coping and thriving. From this foundational understanding, he helps identify primary causes that enable clients to make small yet significant shifts, leading to fundamental and lasting changes, bit by bit, moment to moment, breath by breath.
