In Person Video
Forrest Ray, LPC, is a dedicated therapist who has sat alongside elders during their final moments, supported young adults navigating existential crises, and responded to the fundamental human needs for compassion, authenticity, and connection that many seek. His journey began in 2008 when he deployed to Iraq, where he witnessed profound suffering that awakened his heart to the pressing need for care, compassion, and kindness in the world. Following this experience, Forrest organized community events addressing homelessness, humanitarian crises, and healing through the arts and mindfulness practices. Committed to fostering a compassionate world, Forrest holds a master’s degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University and has collaborated with teens, adults, and elders throughout his career. He provides a deeply felt sense of empowerment, honoring the inherent dignity of each individual while blending laughter with moments of vulnerability. Utilizing a range of techniques, from yogic practices to contemporary modalities, Forrest is devoted to supporting clients facing issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. As he focuses on individuals, he brings a holistic and respectful approach to therapy, helping clients navigate their journeys toward healing and personal growth.
