Emma Sartwell, MDiv, takes a mind-body-spirit approach to therapy, believing in the innate capacity for healing inherent in all individuals. By attentively following the body's cues, she guides clients to discover their own paths to healing. Her focus on the nervous system allows clients to navigate both big-T traumas and little-t traumas, helping those who may feel dysregulated due to experiences such as depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, spiritual emergencies, insomnia, trauma, autoimmune issues, or challenges in self-esteem and clarity of purpose. Emma is driven by the core values of congruence—ensuring that one's face, body, desires, words, voice, and actions align; depth—delving beyond the surface layers of life; and intimacy—cultivating a rich, sensuous relationship with oneself and the environment. She is passionate about supporting individuals who seek to be more authentic, present, and whole, and employs techniques such as somatic psychotherapy, holistic healing arts, and inner child care to foster a deep connection with inner wisdom. Emma looks forward to connecting with those eager to embrace their journeys of self-discovery and healing.
