Located in Berthoud, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. We focus on improving the quality of life for low-income individuals by offering a range of critical services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the specialized resources they need to thrive, fostering health and well-being for those who need it most.
