OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Basalt, CO is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources to uplift and empower them during their journey. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, as well as $100 gas and grocery cards to ensure that patients can meet their basic needs. In addition, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone with a licensed genetic counselor, all designed to address the unique challenges faced by ovarian cancer patients. We encourage medical professionals to submit applications for patients in need, which are reviewed and granted based on the availability of funds.
