OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Avon, CO, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically to their needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with $100 gas and $100 grocery cards, ensuring that patients can focus on their healing journey without the burden of everyday expenses. Additionally, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling by certified genetic counselors via phone, creating a supportive network for women during this challenging time. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in the order received, contingent on available funding.
