At HIV Support Services in Avon, CO, we are dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV through comprehensive support and resources. Our compassionate case managers work closely with clients to navigate and access essential services including case management, assistance with finding both short and long-term housing, nutritious food access, medical transportation, and emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills. We also offer budgeting assistance, naloxone distribution, and help with vital documents, all at no cost through the Ryan White Program. To begin receiving support, simply provide a case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted in person or via fax. We are here to guide you every step of the way on your journey toward health and stability.
