Project Angel Heart

In Aurora, CO, Project Angel Heart is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing severe illnesses, such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other chronic conditions, by providing free, medically tailored nutritious meals. Our program delivers seven hearty entrees each week, accompanied by sides like bread, fruit, and string cheese, to ensure our clients receive the nourishment they need to support their health journeys. Every client also has complimentary access to registered dietitians, who offer personalized education and nutrition counseling, fostering a holistic approach to care.
