Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a vital nutrition assistance program based in Arvada, CO, dedicated to providing essential support for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of five. Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of families by offering nutritious groceries, personalized nutrition consultations, and comprehensive breastfeeding support—all free of charge for qualifying Colorado families. In addition to food assistance, WIC connects families with valuable resources such as healthcare referrals, child care options, and education on various topics including meal planning and maintaining a healthy weight. Eligible families, including those receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, or Medicaid, can easily participate in our program.
