Financial Assistance Funds

Based in Alamosa, CO, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through crucial financial assistance. We understand the challenges these families face, and our program offers support for a range of expenses including medical costs like prescriptions, medical bills, and durable equipment, as well as non-medical necessities such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily living expenses such as food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare-related travel costs, helping families reach necessary medical facilities. Grants of up to $500 per family, per year, are available, with the opportunity for additional requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
