Brenda Trejo is a dedicated marriage and family therapist associate, passionate about guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys. Through her personal experience as both a client and a therapist, she has discovered that therapy can be an incredibly powerful and healing force. Brenda is committed to helping others find their true voice, allowing their minds, hearts, and spirits to shine. She is deeply grateful for the therapists who supported her healing process and seeks to provide the same compassion and kindness to those she serves. Her client-centered approach includes interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Play and Art therapy, depending on individual needs. Currently, Brenda offers virtual telehealth sessions and primarily accepts clients using cash or credit card, providing some sliding scale options. Billing is processed through Co-Creative Marriage and Family Counseling.
