Susan Lamb

Susan Lamb is a compassionate Marriage & Family Therapist (MS, LMFT) whose work reflects the profound belief that confronting deep sadness or childhood trauma requires immense courage. She understands that emotions often serve as flags, presenting opportunities for greater self-discovery and understanding. For those grappling with disappointment, sorrow, conflict, resentment, depression, or anxiety, Susan’s therapy sessions offer a relational space where unique experiences and feelings are validated and explored, fostering personal growth and resilience in the face of life’s inevitable challenges. With a rich background that includes raising three boys and serving as a yoga/mindfulness instructor, Susan brings a holistic approach to therapy. Her clinical training was completed at the California Lutheran Community Counseling Center, where she worked with individuals, couples, and families, including those impacted by domestic violence through the Intimate Partner Violence program. Susan has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Reflective Parenting, a transformative method that enhances parent-child relationships. Passionate about her work, she eagerly welcomes the opportunity to support individuals in their journeys toward movement and growth, helping them to navigate beyond feelings of being stuck.
