FISH of West Valley Community Resource Center has been committed to supporting the West Covina community since 1971. Initially starting as a food pantry, FISH has transformed into a vital resource hub that offers not only emergency food assistance but also a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. Unlike many food pantries, FISH allows individuals and families to access food weekly, offering a nutritious selection tailored to their specific requirements. We extend our care to seniors and those unable to visit our location by providing home delivery services. In addition to food, we distribute pet food, diapers, clothing, and hygiene products whenever possible. Our mission extends beyond food; we actively connect clients with essential services, including legal assistance and pathways to permanent housing. Partnering with organizations like About My Father's Business, we address the needs of the unhoused directly through outreach efforts. Collaborations with local nonprofits, such as Little Angels Project and VIDA Mobile Clinic, further enhance our ability to serve the West Valley community with compassion and urgency.
