Jen Torres is a dedicated marriage & family therapist associate whose mission is to create a nurturing space for individuals, couples, and families to pursue meaningful change in their lives and relationships. In a world filled with messages dictating how one 'should' be, Jen understands the challenges of navigating identity and societal expectations. She views the therapy room as a sanctuary where clients are honored for their true selves, existing authentically amidst respect, compassion, and without judgment. As a Filipino American, bisexual, cisgender, able-bodied woman, Jen brings a deep understanding of the importance of inclusivity. She has received substantial clinical training specializing in serving historically underserved communities and has extensive experience in counseling clients who have suffered from sexual assault, providing home-based therapy to multi-stressed families, and delivering medical family therapy in hospital settings. Jen is open to working with individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, welcoming any struggles that lead them to her practice.
