MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Vista, CA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to conduct comprehensive annual screenings for obesity among Veterans receiving care at VA facilities, ensuring that we connect individuals with the support they need. We offer a variety of flexible treatment options tailored to the preferences of our Veterans, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging service for ongoing support. For those who prefer self-directed weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable resources at their fingertips. Additionally, we offer medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with obesity.
