Community Services in Vista, CA is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the Native American community by providing comprehensive support focused on physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Our organization offers essential services including transportation to health visits, outreach initiatives, community education, informal counseling, social support, and patient advocacy, ensuring that all individuals receive the care they need. Serving members of the seven east county consortium tribes—Barona, Campo, Ewiiaapaayp, Jamul, La Posta, Manzanita, and Viejas—as well as non-consortium Native Americans and the broader non-Native community, we are committed to fostering a healthier future for everyone we serve. Community Services proudly accepts Medicare and Medical to further support our mission.
