Basic Needs Program

Located in Vista, CA, the Basic Needs Program is dedicated to empowering foster youth by providing essential resources and emergency financial assistance. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that keep youth in survival mode, ensuring they do not have to make difficult choices between food, medical care, or their education and employment. We offer a range of crucial services, including financial aid, rent and utility assistance, food cards, and support for auto repairs and insurance. Additionally, we connect young people with mentors, workshops, and professional clothing to foster self-confidence and self-sufficiency. By providing these vital resources, we help youth focus on their futures and build meaningful relationships with caring adults.
