Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP)

In Ventura, CA, the Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is dedicated to supporting eligible non-citizen victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes. Our mission is to provide culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services that help individuals meet their immediate needs and gain essential skills for employment, leading them towards self-sufficiency. TCVAP offers a range of assistance, including cash support, food benefits, employment services, and other vital social services. As a state-funded initiative administered by the Refugee Programs Bureau, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve throughout California.
