Senior Nutrition Program (SNP)

The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) in Ventura, CA, operated by the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging, is dedicated to ensuring that older adults receive nutritious meals through our Congregate and Home-Delivered Meal (HDM) services. We understand the importance of accessible food assistance, and our program offers delivered meals to seniors aged 60 and over. While we suggest a donation of $3 per meal, we firmly believe that no eligible individual should be denied access to these essential services due to financial constraints. Our mission is to nurture the well-being and independence of our community's seniors by providing vital nutrition and support.
