Janet focuses her treatment on stress and anxiety, depression, couples issues, and family dynamics, utilizing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method. She works with clients of all ages, from childhood through senior adulthood.
