Senior Nutrition Program - Monthly Home Delivered Meals

The Senior Nutrition Program in Sunnyvale, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of low-income, underserved individuals aged 60 and above, and their spouses, by providing essential emergency food assistance through our Monthly Home Delivered Meals service. Each month, clients receive a convenient delivery of four nutritious frozen meals and accompaniments, ensuring they enjoy healthy options without leaving their homes. We encourage a suggested donation of $3.00 per lunch for seniors, while those under 60 are asked to contribute $9.00. Our mission is to support our seniors in maintaining their independence and health, and we work to ensure that cost is not a barrier to access. Fees can easily be mailed to Vista Center San Jose or arranged to be paid at a later date upon the center's re-opening, emphasizing our commitment to flexibility and care.
