Cristal Baker

Cristal Baker, a dedicated marriage and family therapist (MA, LMFT), recognizes that personal growth and the process of overcoming emotional and mental challenges can often feel like insurmountable hurdles. These hurdles may stem from various aspects of life, including work, family dynamics, intimate relationships, societal and cultural pressures, discrimination, racism, or past traumas. As a Black, female clinician, Cristal intimately understands these complexities along with the accompanying fears and pains.
