Located in Santa Rosa, CA, Health & Wellness is dedicated to promoting the overall wellness of youth by enhancing their access to a wide range of vital health resources and services. We offer cooking classes that emphasize healthy eating, as well as engaging events and activities designed to encourage healthy living strategies. Our organization collaborates with local providers to deliver on-site services and referrals to community-based counseling and psychiatric services. We also facilitate youth-led support groups that tackle various wellness-related topics, ensuring that young individuals have a safe space to share and grow. Additionally, our team provides on-site support to help youth apply for and maintain essential benefits such as Cal-Fresh (Food Stamps) and the County Medical Services Program (Medi-Cal). With expert coaching, we empower youth to navigate and utilize medical and dental benefits both at our center and within the broader community.
