CalFresh (SNAP)

CalFresh, located in Santa Rosa, CA, is dedicated to ensuring that individuals and families have access to nutritious food through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). We provide eligible applicants with an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, enabling them to purchase healthy food at participating grocery stores. Our mission is to directly address food assistance needs and enhance food security in our community.
