At St. Joseph Center’s Food Pantry in Santa Monica, we are dedicated to supporting low-income individuals and families by providing vital food assistance that promotes self-sufficiency and well-being. Our innovative Choice Model allows clients to select their own nutritious groceries in a welcoming, supermarket-style environment, ensuring they have access to a variety of items, including fresh produce, proteins, and specialty goods. Throughout the year, we strive to empower our clients not only through healthy food options but also by offering informative workshops aimed at enhancing their overall health and quality of life. While we have adapted our services to provide pre-packed grocery bags during the ongoing pandemic, we are committed to enabling individuals and families to receive food once a week, with the opportunity to sign up on-site for additional support. Together, we nurture a healthier community and inspire progress toward brighter futures.
