Hosi Rosta

Hosi Rosta is a dedicated marriage and family therapist (LMFT) whose journey began in a rehabilitation center, where he developed invaluable skills while supporting male clients grappling with addictions, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. With over five years of experience working with adolescents and their parents aged 4 to 25, Hosi has a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by young individuals and families. His commitment to furthering his knowledge led him to a corrections setting, where he worked with both male and female inmates. In this role, he addressed issues such as severe trauma, gang involvement, legal challenges, and essential coping skills, always prioritizing overall mental health during incarceration. Hosi’s therapeutic approach is fluid and client-centered; he believes in building genuine relationships with his clients to provide the necessary support they need. Always culturally competent and aware, Hosi empowers clients by shining a light on areas needing attention, recognizing that the client is ultimately in charge of their therapeutic journey. He values the energy people emit, understanding that while this energy can sometimes stray off course, his goal is to help redirect it towards achieving personal goals and creating the happiness each individual seeks.
