Meals on Wheels for Santa Cruz County is dedicated to nourishing the community by providing essential food assistance to seniors aged 60 and over who face challenges in meeting their nutritional needs. With five dining sites across Santa Cruz, we offer home-delivered meals that are frozen and easy to reheat, ensuring flexibility for various schedules. Our welcoming dining environments serve all older adults, and we encourage visitors to call us a day in advance so we can prepare enough meals for everyone. For those who need transportation to our dining sites, our sister program, Lift Line, offers assistance based on location. While we suggest a donation of $2.50 for our meals, we believe no senior should go hungry, so we never turn anyone away due to inability to pay. Our mission is to ensure that every older adult in Santa Cruz County has access to nutritious meals and the support they need.
