CalFresh (SNAP)

CalFresh, known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), serves Santa Cruz, CA, by ensuring that eligible individuals and families have access to necessary food assistance. Through our program, participants receive an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which can be used at various local grocery stores to help supplement their food purchases.
