Amon Benavides

Amon Benavides, a dedicated marriage and family therapist, holds an MA and is licensed as an LMFT. He understands that the true benefit of therapy lies in fostering self-understanding and enhancing interpersonal relations. Outside of his clinical work, he embraces a physically active lifestyle through running, CrossFit, weightlifting, and Jiu Jitsu. Amon is also passionate about expanding his understanding of the human psyche by studying the works of influential psychoanalysts like Freud, Klein, Bion, and exploring attachment theory, which enriches his therapeutic approach.
