Senior Nutrition Program - Monthly Home Delivered Meals

The Senior Nutrition Program in Santa Clara, CA is dedicated to delivering monthly home-cooked meals to low-income, underserved individuals aged 60 and above, along with their spouses. Our mission is to ensure that seniors receive nutritious food assistance to support their health and well-being. Each month, clients receive a bundle of four frozen meals, thoughtfully packaged for convenient home delivery. We suggest a donation of $3.00 per lunch, with a fee of $9.00 for those under 60. We believe every meal matters and aim to make quality nutrition accessible to those in need. Clients can send in their donations by mail or delay payment until a later date upon the reopening of the Vista Center San Jose.
