Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program (DEEP)

The Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program (DEEP) at the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley is dedicated to providing essential diabetes education to individuals in Santa Clara, CA. Our comprehensive program consists of six interactive sessions, each lasting two hours, where we welcome small groups of no more than 15 participants to ensure personalized attention and support. DEEP focuses on empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to manage diabetes effectively and improve their overall health.
