MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in San Mateo, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and has access to tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. We provide a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. With the MOVE! Coach mobile app, Veterans can also take charge of their weight loss journey independently. For those facing ongoing challenges with weight, we offer medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
