Stephanie Kleinsmith is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about providing a warm and safe space for her clients. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, Stephanie has had the honor of walking alongside individuals, families, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, focusing particularly on trauma, life transitions, and postpartum issues. She approaches therapy with a variety of modalities, including trauma-focused, attachment-based, narrative, and strength-based methods, ensuring each client receives personalized care that meets their unique needs. Stephanie graduated with a degree in Psychology from Cal Poly, complemented by a minor in Law, and later earned her master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Santa Barbara. When not in her practice, she enjoys engaging in active pursuits like swimming, surfing, and yoga, as well as savoring a fine iced matcha, exploring new culinary delights from Trader Joe's, shopping for inspiration at Anthropologie, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
