JFCS East Bay offers essential financial support for low-income Holocaust survivors in San Leandro, CA, who continue to face the profound impacts of their past. Many of these individuals have lost family members and lack the necessary support systems as they age, with a troubling 25 percent living in poverty. Our dedicated program addresses these urgent needs by providing reimbursement for critical expenses, including dental care, hearing aids, medications, glasses, food assistance, and transportation. Through compassionate financial assistance, we strive to improve the quality of life for these vulnerable survivors, helping them regain dignity and stability.
