Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected with tailored weight management services that suit their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are options for Veterans facing persistent challenges with weight-related issues after participating in MOVE!.
