The Neighborhood Meals on Wheels Program in San Jose, CA, is dedicated to promoting the independence and dignity of seniors through vital food assistance and social engagement. We tirelessly combat senior isolation and hunger by delivering nutritious meals straight to the homes of those unable to prepare their own. In addition to providing healthy meals, our compassionate volunteers also offer friendly visits and essential safety checks, ensuring a personal connection that brightens the day for our homebound participants. While we suggest a contribution of $3.00 for each delivered lunch, we remain flexible with arrangements for meal pickups for individuals outside the delivery area.
