At the Wellness Program serving San Francisco and the East Bay, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing critical illnesses. Our team of Registered Dietitians conducts comprehensive nutrition assessments, ensuring that every meal aligns with each client's unique dietary requirements. With ongoing nutrition counseling, check-ins, and health-focused resources, we strive to enhance well-being and promote healthier lifestyles. To take part in our program, a licensed medical provider must complete an application, which can conveniently be submitted via email or fax to our Client Services department.
