MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in San Diego, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer an array of resources, including interactive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! for convenient at-home management. The MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to track their progress independently, while those requiring additional support can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. By fostering a supportive environment and collaborating with local MOVE! coordinators and VA providers, we empower Veterans to take charge of their health journey and achieve long-lasting results.
