Honorary Godparent, MA, LSC, RMT, is dedicated to supporting individuals who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and those who are neuro-divergent. With over a decade of experience spanning roles as a nurse assistant, teacher for toddlers through 12th grade, and childcare director, they have conducted significant hands-on research to refine evidence-based approaches for treating children and their unique support systems. Honorary skillfully employs these eclectic methods to assist clients and their families in managing sensory regulation, navigating behavioral challenges, and fostering a balanced environment within the client's entire support system. Their practice emphasizes developmentally appropriate techniques while respecting the varied gender differences across Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neuro-developmental needs. Each session is rich in educational content, focusing on behavioral interventions, social-emotional skills, and an in-depth understanding of neurodevelopment and sensory processing disorders. A notable aspect of Honorary’s practice is their willingness to meet clients in the comfort of their homes or at an agreed-upon location, accommodating those with busy lives and providing valuable insight by observing them and their support systems in natural settings. Additionally, they specialize in issues related to LGBTQIA+ sexual orientation and gender identity.
