Eisenhower Health proudly offers free Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes Education classes to the San Bernardino community, ensuring that everyone has access to vital knowledge about managing diabetes effectively. Led by Certified Diabetes Educators, our comprehensive program covers essential topics such as diabetes management strategies, nutrition, exercise, and the intricate relationship between medication and blood glucose levels. We emphasize the importance of family involvement and social support, while also addressing stress management and psychological adjustment.
