The Well of Healing Mobile Medical Clinic in Rialto, CA, is dedicated to providing compassionate primary care and essential health services to our community. Licensed by the State of California, we offer a range of services including health screenings, vaccinations, health education, and testing for cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure. While our services are temporarily suspended in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain committed to the health and well-being of our community, and we will resume operations as soon as it is safe to do so. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to quality healthcare when they need it most.
