Family Food Box

Family Food Box in Rialto, CA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families in need, including seniors and individuals unable to leave their homes. Each Food Box is filled with a minimum of 25 nutritious meals delivered directly to doorsteps, ensuring those facing food insecurity have access to healthy options. In addition to meal delivery, we offer vital support through our Bags of Hope, clothing assistance, addiction help, household items, family guidance, and spiritual counseling. To benefit from our emergency food program, simply complete the Application Form available online. Upon approval, you'll receive a City Mission ID, allowing you to request your Food Box. An adult must be present to receive the delivery, ensuring that no one goes without the support they need.
