EOH Youth is dedicated to empowering foster youth, low-income, and at-risk youth aged 13 to 30 in Pomona, CA, by providing essential resources that support their journey towards independence and success. Our comprehensive services include housing assistance, food vouchers, and grocery store gift cards to combat food insecurity, transportation options to facilitate access to education and employment, and financial aid for school-related expenses like testing and graduation fees. Additionally, we offer practical items such as uniforms and backpacks through our drives, ensuring that every young person we serve is equipped to thrive in their academic and personal lives.
