Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Palo Alto, CA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and nutrition education to support families in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Designed for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, WIC offers a variety of services including free healthy foods via the WIC card, infant formula assistance, wellness tips, and access to fresh fruits and vegetables through coupons. Our program also provides invaluable breastfeeding support, including a breast pump loan program, and connections to local healthcare providers and community resources. WIC offers personalized guidance through one-on-one consultations, group sessions, and online education to ensure that all families can thrive. We welcome foster parents, step-parents, and relatives caring for children to apply as well.
