Senior Nutrition Program - Monthly Home Delivered Meals

The Senior Nutrition Program in Palo Alto, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of low-income, underserved individuals aged 60 and over, along with their spouses, by providing essential food assistance through our Monthly Home Delivered Meals service. Each month, we deliver nutritious frozen meals directly to clients' homes, offering a convenient solution to ensure they receive vital sustenance. With a suggested donation of just $3.00 per lunch for eligible clients, and a nominal fee of $9.00 for those under 60, we strive to make healthy eating accessible and affordable. Our meal bundles include four frozen meals and accompaniments, thoughtfully prepared to meet the dietary needs of our clients. Payments can be made by mail to Vista Center San Jose or deferred until our center reopens, reflecting our commitment to care and support during these challenging times.
