Senior Services for Older Adults (EISOA at Abrazar)

At Abrazar's Early Intervention Services for Older Adults (EISOA) in Orange, California, we dedicate ourselves to supporting adults aged 60 and older who are facing early signs of mental health challenges or are at increased risk of developing such conditions. Our mission centers on reaching unserved and underserved older adults who may feel isolated due to social, cultural, and linguistic barriers. We strive to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health services while increasing access to comprehensive care. Our no-cost programs include in-home assessments, case management, socialization and support groups, including ESL and Therapeutic Arts, as well as referrals to essential resources like counseling, therapy, and food distribution services. We are committed to empowering older adults to embrace their mental wellness and build a supportive community.
