Family Food Box

Family Food Box in Ontario, CA, is dedicated to supporting low-income families, seniors, and individuals facing difficulties by delivering nutritious meals directly to their doors. Each delivery includes at least 25 healthy meals, ensuring that our community members have access to essential food assistance. In addition to our meal deliveries, we offer a range of supportive services, including our Bags of Hope, clothing items, addiction support, household essentials, family guidance, and spiritual assistance. To receive your free food box, simply fill out the application form and return it via mail; upon approval, you will be issued a City Mission ID, allowing you to request your food box. We are here to provide immediate help and care to those in need within our community.
