Fred Kutnick

Fred Kutnick, an associate clinical social worker, understands that anger, shame, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism often stem from unresolved trauma. He recognizes how trauma can negatively impact current relationships and family dynamics. His goal as a therapist is to collaborate with clients to manage trauma-related symptoms and guide them toward a more meaningful state of well-being. Specializing in evidence-based treatments for OCD and trauma, he employs Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Exposure therapy to help clients confront traumatic memories while safely navigating their emotions.
